This product is bactericidal antibiotic, has antibacterial activity to gram positive and negative bacteria and mycobacterium (including tuberculosis bacterium), especially to Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteobacteria, Prouvedenia, Klebsiella, serratia, true bacillus and citrate bacteria have higher activity.
It is used to treat various urinary tract infections, sepsis, skin and soft tissue infections, bone and joint infections, pneumonia and various lower respiratory tract infections
