Terbinafine hydrochloride is a broad spectrum antifungal drug used in dermatology. It can specifically disturb the late biodegradation of fungal sterols, selectively inhibit the activity of squalene cycoperoxidase in fungi, and block the epoxidation reaction of squalene in the process of fungal cell membrane formation, so as to achieve the role of killing or inhibiting fungi. It is suitable for the treatment of skin candidiasis, such as tinea pedis, tinea pedis, tinea corporis and tinea picularis. It is also the best medicine for the treatment of gray nails.

1. Infection of skin, hair and nail caused by trichophyton albus (Trichophyton albus, Trichophyton albus, Trichophyton verrucosa, Trichophyton albus, Trichophyton purpura, etc.), microspora Canis and Trichophyton floccus.
2. All sorts of tinea disease (ringworm of the body, tinea, tinea manus and tinea capitis, etc.) and by candida (candida albicans, etc.) make up the skin of a yeast infection.

For local external use: Apply appropriate amount to affected area and surrounding area, 1-2 times a day. Tinea corporis for 2-4 weeks, tinea pedis hand and tinea picularis for 4-6 weeks. Oral: adults 0.25g each time, once a day, the course of treatment is as follows: course of skin infection: tinea pedis [intertoe (finger) type and plantar type] : 2 ~ 6 weeks; Tinea corporis, tinea corporis: 2 ~ 4 weeks; Cutaneous candidiasis: 2 to 4 weeks. After several weeks of mycological cure, the skin appearance is completely normal and the infection has disappeared. Treatment for hair and scalp infections: Tinea capitis: 4 weeks, mostly in children. The course of treatment for most patients is 6 weeks ~ 3 months. In young patients, the course of treatment can be shortened due to normal nail growth, so less than 3 months of treatment may be sufficient except for the thumb (toe) nail. In other cases, the course is usually as short as three months. In some patients, especially those with thumb (toe) nail infections, it may take six months or longer. In the first week of treatment, a large patient with slow growth was seen, and the course of treatment may take more than 3 months. Several months after mycological cure and discontinuation of treatment, it is observed that the disease continues to improve to a completely normal appearance of the deck, due to the time it takes for healthy nail tissue to grow.
